Cute host Mick greeted us with a friendly smile upon arrival. He had even set up tea and cake in the breakfast room. The twin room impressed us with its immaculate cleanliness and charming decor. Breakfast each morning was really good, with a variety of homemade items and locally sourced ingredients. The highlight was the freshly baked bread, still warm, served alongside an abundance of fruits and preserves. The shared snug area was a cozy spot for unwinding, and the light-filled conservatory with lovely views added to the charm. Only downside was limited parking during peak times, which caused a bit of hassle. This guesthouse provided a fantastic experience, with thoughtful touches throughout our stay.

The location was lovely and stunning and the free parking was on-site.

Steep stairs could be a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues!!! Limited dining options nearby leave you stranded if you've no car!!! Traffic noise might ruin a peaceful night for some rooms!!! Parking can be a hassle at peak times!!!

We had an absolute braw time! The breakfast was a pure highlight, all locally sourced and cooked to perfection. The only downside? Limited nearby dining options, but the lovely conservatory more than made up for it!

This charming place suits me perfectly with wi-fi, free parking, and helpful staff. They even assisted me in finding my lost wallet on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy getaway weekend.

An Enchanting Stay with Delicious Breakfasts

Our time here was good! We were welcomed with tea and cake. The breakfasts were really good, with homemade items and locally sourced ingredients, setting a new standard for us. The room was well-appointed with thoughtful extras like bathrobes and a selection of teas.

The hotel met all our needs and the views at this characterful venue were great! Its amazing location was very close to Lynmouth, shops, and refreshments.

The rooms are well-appointed and impeccably clean. The units have very comfortable double beds. The remote location in the garden was very peaceful. It is close enough to a delightful conservatory, Lynmouth, and Barnstaple, and Lynton and Lynmouth.

We also enjoyed the stunning countryside nearby and the friendly, helpful service from the owner.

The bathroom space was a bit tight, making navigation somewhat difficult.
