The rooms are well-appointed and impeccably clean. The units have very comfortable double beds. The remote location in the garden was very peaceful. It is close enough to a delightful conservatory, Lynmouth, and Barnstaple, and Lynton and Lynmouth.

We stayed in a spacious room with comfortable chairs, which was beautifully decorated and maintained. the hosts provided a warm welcome with tea and cake upon our arrival, and the breakfast room with a living grapevine was a unique touch. the breakfast itself was scrumptious, with homemade bread and locally sourced ingredients. We also enjoyed the stunning countryside nearby and the friendly, helpful service from the owner.
The bathroom space was a bit tight, making navigation somewhat difficult.

The rooms were immaculate with comfy beds and soft crisp linen. The breakfast was to die for, with a table heaving with fruit, berries, seeds, and cereals. The porridge and cooked breakfast were a treat. the owner provided tea and cake upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
We could only stay for two days. the location was a bit far from other attractions, making it less convenient for sightseeing.

Our stay at The Spinneys was absolutely fantastic! From our warm welcome by the lovely hosts, Jo and David, to the beautiful and clean house, everything was top-notch. The location was convenient with a bus stop right across the street. The breakfast was superb, made even more special by the homemade honey produced from their own beehives. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the little touches like the welcome tea tray and homemade biscuits made us feel truly pampered. Marieann's passion for her job really shines through, and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Marie-Ann, the owner, was incredibly responsive and served a delicious cooked breakfast in the charming conservatory. The value for money was excellent, and if I ever visit the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here.
